Community Purpose  Our association is established with the objective of creating a medium that the instutitions, consultants, practitioners and academicians who practice Learning Organization method in Turkey can share their learning organization experiences, learn together and contribute to the creation of a learning society. Our Society is also a member of Global  Society for Organizational Learning.
